SATA High Performance Grease – 100 ml | Part #48173

Special high-performance grease developed for the maintenance and lubrication of SATA paint spray guns. Silicone- and acid-free formulation helps ensure smooth operation without introducing substances that may adversely affect paint finishes.

Recommended applications: Apply a very thin layer to moving components and threaded mechanisms during spray gun maintenance, including the paint needle around the needle packing area, paint needle spring, material flow control screw threads and the visible section of the air piston rod.

Application: After cleaning and drying the spray gun, apply only a small amount of grease to the designated mechanical components before reassembly. Avoid excessive application and keep grease away from nozzle openings, air passages and material passages.
