Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ARP Shop. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms carefully.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please complete the form on our Contact Page. Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. For items damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the item and packaging to help us process your return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Special design version of the SATA spray gun is not refundable or eligible for return. All sales are final for this product.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

This is the fastest way to ensure availability and quick delivery.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, please contact us at sales@arpshopusa.com .


Additional Return Information

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to spray guns and spray gun parts.

  • Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund total.

  • All returns must include the original proof of purchase and meet return condition requirements.
