NOVOL 2000 DTM Primer/Sealer HS 4:1

2K urethane DTM primer / sealer with anticorrosive pigments. Versatile product with direct application to metal, can be used either as an isolation or a high build primer depending on the amount of reducer added.  Suitable for wet-on-wet application with no sanding required. Low viscosity guarantees perfect levelling and smooth Surface after drying. Very fast resins allow to achieve very shirt drying time – only 2 hours at 80 microns of dry layer. Excellent adhesion, good anticorrosive and isolating properties, very easy hand and machine sanding complement sets of properties of very good universal primer.

Multifunctional primer DTM PRIMER SEALER can be applied directly on:

• Steel and aluminum after matting and degreasing.
• Zinc-coated steel and galvanized steel after matting and degreasing.
• Sanded glass fiber-polyester laminates (GFK/GRP).
• Polyester body fillers and putties.
• Epoxy primers.
• Wash primers.
• Old paint coatings in good condition after matting and degreasing.
